Southwick Race Report

Vans MX Athlete Tyla Rattray had one a awesome weekend this past week with waking up with a phone call from his Fiance that they had just had their first baby girl Brooke Saturday morning! With this awesome news Tyla was on cloud nine for the day so it was no surprise that he was going to ride to his fullest Saturday. Rattray was able to put his Vans Monster Energy Pro Circuit backed Kawasaki on the top of the podium with the overall for the weekend! Tyla rode a smart race not getting the best of starts in the deep Southwick sand the 1st moto he pushed hard and rode really good lines all the way to the checkered flag just missing out of 1st place by a half bike length in moto one! With a better start for moto 2 Tyla put his down and new he just had to ride smart and stay in 2 place for the overall!

Congrats to Tyla and his fiance Sam for a great weekend and their new addition to the family!
